The only way they’ll be able to do so is to play online craps for money. We want all of you to be ready to make big money so, have a look at these basic rules and take your steps toward unlimited fun and winnings!

Choose your bet

Your first step when playing craps here at Casino Midas NZ is to choose a betting denomination, usually anything from $1 to $500. The next step is to decide where you are going to place your bet on the craps table and then roll the dice. The majority of players will begin with the Pass Line bet.

Basic Craps Rules

When you play online craps, you’ll note that the game is played in rounds. Round One is characterized by the Come Out Roll, called ‘craps’ if the dice sum is two, three or twelve. If the Come Out Roll is seven or eleven, this is called a ‘natural’ and Pass Line bets will win. Should the dice land on four, five, six, eight, nine or ten in the Come Out Roll, a ‘point’ is earned and players will need to roll that point number to have the Pass Line win. Not hitting the point number or a seven takes the game of online craps into the next round and the dice is continually thrown. A seven rolled sees Don’t Pass Line bets won.

Different Betting Options

Don’t Pass Line and Pass Line bets are just two of many different betting options available when you play online craps. For example, Buying the Odds bet means that when a point is rolled, the player is allowed to wager up to three times the Pass Line bet on the odds. The Laying the Odds bet is the exact opposite and the player is essentially wagering that a seven will be rolled before the point. Place Bets are wagers on a four, five, six, eight, nine or ten that the number is rolled before a seven.

What are the Odds?

Different bets result in different odds: the one thing that NZ players will need to learn in this game of chance is to understand the different kinds of bets and their payout percentages. Betting on a craps 2, for example means that you’re betting that the next roll will be two and the payout is a generous 30:1. Craps 12 has similar odds for betting that 12 will land on the next roll. If you bet any craps (ie. the next roll will be two, three or twelve), you’ll be paid out 7:1.
